At our storytimes, parents and caregivers can expect carefully planned programs appropriate to the developmental level of the children, with books, music, and other activities to enhance children's language development. Programs offer happy and educational experiences for children in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere in which each child is treated with warmth, caring and understanding.

To help your child get the most out of storytime, gently encourage them to participate. It's a good idea to arrive a little early to give your child time to adjust and feel comfortable in the library environment. Keep your child safe before, during, and after the programs by making sure s/he does not run, climb, or throw things. A librarian will be glad to help you select books to borrow with your library card and take home after programs. We look forward to having children join us each week for storytime..
